About

SABR stems from the combination of design and the Islamic faith.

We always carried the desire to make a difference. We just did not know where to begin. Design is something we love. Islamic and Arabic calligraphy is something that continuously moves us. It allowed us to reflect, to process emotion and to express belief in a way that felt sincere and intentional.

Faith has always shaped our vision of the world. It guides how we think, how we act and what we value. Allah (swt) reminds us continuously throughout the Holy Qu’ran that patience, justice and charity and trust in Him are not passive qualities. They are actions and responsibilities.

“O’ my son! Keep up the prayer and enjoin the good and forbid the evil, and patiently persevere against whatever may befall you, for this (patience) is among the (necessary and) important affairs.”

Holy Qu’ran, Surah Luqman (31:17)

That understanding changed everything for us. We realized that design could be more than creativity. It could be a service, remembrance and a powerful impact.

And that’s how SABR began.

Why Clothing

Clothing is visible. It moves with you. It speaks without saying anything.

I wanted to create pieces that reflect identity. Not loud. Not forced. Just intentional.

Each design is thought through. The words, the symbols, the tone. Nothing is random.

Why Clothing

Clothing is visible. It moves with us through our daily lives. What we wear carries intention. It speaks before we do. A single word placed with purpose can remind the heart, spark reflection and stand for something greater without us even speaking.

We wanted to create pieces that reflect our identity. Not loud. Not performative. Not forced. Just intentional. A quiet confidence rooted in faith.

Every design is approached with reflection and care. The words carry weight. The symbols hold meaning. The tone is deliberate. Nothing is random. Everything is chosen with a purpose.

From Bazaars to Online

Before most people found SABR online, we were setting up at local bazaars.

Meeting people face to face, having real conversations. We watched how their expressions changed when they read a design that reflected their faith. We heard what the designs meant to them. It was identity. It was remembrance.

Those moments shaped us. Those conversations refined our intention.

SABR grew through community first.
