40 Day Campaign - Karbala, Iraq

Salaamu Alaykum,

This summer, we launched our 40 Day Campaign in honour of the sacred days leading to Arbaeen. A time when the hearts are connected to the message of Imam Husayn (as).

We asked ourselves, how can we serve the people of Karbala who generously open their homes and give food from their own table to serve the zuwar of Imam Husayn (as)?

So we partnered with theImam Sajjad Centre in the holy city of Karbala.

The Imam Sajjad Centre serves as a safe haven for widows and orphans. The centre provides them with basic supplies such as food, water, medication, clothes, monthly wages and much more.

Because of your donations we were able to supply their inhabitants with baskets of food (rice, powdered milk, pasta, salt, tomato paste, meat, flour), home cleaning products, clothes, shoes, toys and medication among other items.

For these families, this wasn’t just aid. It was reassurance.

The 40 days leading to Arbaeen remind us of loyalty. Standing firm. Continuing the mission even after hardship.

When you gave to this campaign, you weren’t just donating supplies. You were honouring the legacy of service.

With Allah (swt)’s permission, we will continue walking this path. There is more to do. And together we will make an impact.

May Allah (swt) accept from you. It is your sincerity and sacrifice that helps make this world better.
