بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْمِ

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

“The signs of a believer are five, piety (even) when in seclusion, giving charity in spite of lack, patience in the face of calamity, clemency when angered and truthfulness in spite of fear.”

Imam Zayn Al-Abideen (as)

Salaamu Alaykum,

Ramadan is the month of mercy, sacrifice and service. It is a time when we are reminded that faith is not only in prayer and fasting but in how we uplift those who are struggling.

Where do we even begin? Alhamdulilah! Alhamdulilah!

Our second water well has officially been completed in Boulougou, Mali. This project was only possible because of your generosity, your duas and your trust.

For 14 families in Boulougou, access to clean water is no longer uncertain.

Water is no longer a long walk under the hot sun.
It is no longer unsafe or unreliable.
It is now available within their community.

Clean water means: fewer illnesses, diginity for mothers, safety for children, time returned to families.

This well is not just infrastructure. It’s sadaqa jariya! It is a daily source of mercy that continues to flow.

We made the final payment during the holy month of Ramadan, in the potential of it being Laylat al-Qadr. SubhanAllah. On nights where deeds are multiplied beyond measure, you chose to give. You chose to act. You chose to make an impact.

We ask Allah (swt) to make the reward immense in your favour and accept it from you as lasting charity.

But more than that, it represents consistency. Growth. Trust.

You are the reason this well exists.

With Allah (swt)’s permission, we will continue walking this path. There is more to do. And together we will make an impact.

May Allah (swt) accept from you. It is your sincerity and sacrifice that helps make this world better.

With thanks and continued prayers,

The SABR Team
